3860 Tennyson Street LLC has purchased the 49-unit Colewood Building at 3860 Tennyson St. in Denver for $25.5 million, or $520,408 per unit, from HP/PPG Colewood LLC. Robert Bratley of JLL represented the seller.

1875 South Broadway LLC purchased 1875-1881 S. Broadway in Denver for $2.6 million from Total Properties LLC.

Big Acquisitions LLC has purchased 80,345 industrial square feet at 6195 Clermont St. in Commerce City for $8.6 million from McCallin Real Estate LLC. Kirk Vanino of Lee & Associates represented the buyer.

WNR10-Shelbyville LLC and other entities purchased the Kum & Go property at 16351 Green Valley Ranch Blvd. in Denver for $8.7 million from FRG Denver LLC. The deal was part of a portfolio sale of six properties, including five Kum & Go properties and one Circle K property. Zach Wright represented the buyer and seller.
