Music Licensing Platform SyncFloor Celebrates 100th Partner

The demand for high-quality, fully-licensed independent music is growing by leaps and bounds, as more apps, commercials, movies, and physical spaces seek out unique voices and reasonable, simple music licensing. As part of this groundswell, SyncFloor has signed with its 100th partner, UK-based Hospital Records. The label joins several other notable recent additions, including frtyfve (, Mind of a Genius ( and Park the Van ( These partners join a community of distributors, agencies, fitness/wellness apps and other innovators who know that supporting talented artists through sync and licensing opportunities benefits everyone.

SyncFloor has created a platform for curating and administering licenses that turns that understanding into great musical experiences, whether it’s creating the perfect playlist for a virtual fitness class, enabling podcasters to find the right music or set up an extremely easy way for catalog holders to deliver great tracks for quick syncs. Customers can draw from SyncFloor’s 22,000-track catalog of curated and diverse indie music, or use their own catalog and present it in new, engaging, and syncing ways.

“We’ve built a powerful toolset that makes it incredibly easy for creators to find, retain, and license music,” said Kirt Debique, co-founder and CEO of SyncFloor. “We’ve proven that commercial licensing and discovery can be simplified and scaled, without losing the fun and creativity of finding and using amazing music.”

“Several years ago, Kirt demonstrated Syncfloor to my team who quickly adopted its use,” recalls John Drawbaugh, Production Manager at Argonaut. “We have found it profoundly useful not only for finding a licensed track or for having a track marked, but more importantly as a tool to help refine the musical direction of our creation. Its ease of use, from search to license, makes it a game changer. I can’t wait to see what Syncfloor will do in the near and distant future.

“SyncFloor has created a turnkey brand portal to some of the most incredible and unique music we have, music that could be suitable for many productions and projects,” says Chris Dampier, Vice President of TuneCore Publishing. “We’re excited to bring our artists to more production professionals and serve both sides by making great music easy to discover.”

“The SyncFloor team has been absolutely amazing in training and empowering our trainers to elevate their classes through music,” says Kelly Froelich, co-founder of Balanced. “Thank you for demystifying music licensing and making it so simple!”
