Intelica Commercial Real Estate Expands to Denver with Latest Acquisition | Local company

CREVE COUER – A local commercial real estate company has expanded its presence with the acquisition of a Denver-based company.

Intelica Commercial Real Estate, based in Creve Coeur, has purchased James Real Estate Services to enter the Denver real estate market. Intelica plans to focus on industrial properties and other projects near Denver’s public transportation system, said founder and CEO Dan Dokovic.

“When we launched our acquisition strategy, we looked at some cities where people are settling. Denver just kept popping up, ”Dokovic said. “It’s a good culture and it’s a decent sized city.”

James Real Estate Services focuses on advising clients in the insurance, transportation, housing, government and corporate markets. The company will continue to provide valuation, market analysis and investment advisory services in connection with Intelica, who will retain James’ eight employees while adding brokerage and property management. Financial details of the acquisition, which closed on July 30, were not disclosed.

Denver marks Intelica’s second expansion in less than a year. Its affiliate, Bamboo Equity Partners, acquired four properties in Charlotte, NC in late 2020. Intelica now manages a portfolio of 70 properties in the St. Louis, Denver and Charlotte areas.
