Freeman is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience working with successful startups. It has a reputation for being large-scale growth companies in a variety of industries including financial services and fintech. His focus on strategy and leadership, and his ability to identify and develop strong leadership teams, has resulted in exponential year-over-year growth in companies throughout his career. He completed an executive management program at Harvard in 2012.

It was recently sold to a Swiss media conglomerate to form Ringier One Africa Media (ROAM Africa).
